Edit value of a stat in game (HUD) ?

Is there any way to create a stat in which you can manually edit that value in game, using the HUD? For instance, someone has 9% 3bet but I wanna edit the value so the player has 5% 3bet instead, is this possible?

Stat values cannot be edited or changed directly in the HUD.
