4 hands played, all won but only 66,7% value, where is the probleme please?

That is only displaying the winning hands. If you want to see the losing hands in LeakTracker then that will require a custom statistic for the losing percentage of hands.

It's the value of the statistic you selected - 'Overall Win %'. If there are 4 hands won with AA then there must be two hands lost:

4 / (4+2) = 66.7%
