import hands Betclic

I can't manage to import my hands from Betclic, I keep getting this error message.

Could you please tell me how to fix this?

Support for the new format of Betclic hands was added with the release of PokerTracker v4.18.7 which was after the expiry of your Annual Support & Maintenance plan:

Release Notes: PokerTracker v4.18.7

While you can continue to use PokerTracker 4.18.2 forever you will not be able to upgrade past this version unless you renew your Annual Support & Maintenance plan.
